To which address will my mail be redirected?
As soon as you order a digital inbox from us, our partner REISSWOLF will set up a forwarding order for you and the mail will be automatically redirected after approx. 5–10 days. You will receive the forwarding address directly from Deutsche Post as confirmation of the forwarding order.
How is the forwarding order set up?
You can simply enter all the data required for the forwarding order directly in the order process. After completing the order, we will send the data to our partner REISSWOLF, who will set up the forwarding order with Deutsche Post for you.
How long does it take to set up the forwarding order?
The forwarding order will be set up by our partner REISSWOLF immediately after you place your order. Please bear in mind, however, that Deutsche Post usually needs 5–10 days to set up the order and that your mail will only be redirected and digitized after this time.
What is the duration of the forwarding order?
You can take out a forwarding order for either 12 or 24 months.
Is the forwarding order automatically renewed after the term has expired?
Yes, unless you cancel your contract, we will automatically extend the forwarding order 14 days before the end of the contract to ensure that your mail can be fully recorded and digitized. We will then invoice you for the cost of the renewal every 12 or 24 months.
Can I change the address of my forwarding order?
In the event of a move or similar, it is necessary to terminate the existing forwarding order and order a new forwarding order; it is not possible for Deutsche Post to change the address of an existing forwarding order. The costs incurred for the new forwarding order will be passed on to you.

What happens to the forwarding order if I cancel?
You don't have to worry about anything. We will cancel the forwarding order with Deutsche Post in good time at the end of the contract, and you will receive your mail at your regular address again.
Are parcels also redirected by the forwarding order?
No, parcels are excluded from the forwarding order and will continue to be sent to your regular postal address.
Will postal delivery orders be forwarded?
No, this is not possible. Postal delivery orders will not be forwarded in the event of temporary absence. Only in exceptional cases with old forwarding orders could this still be the case.
