To grant authorizations for a website, you can proceed as follows, for example:
1. Navigate to the desired page for which you want to edit the authorizations.
2. Click on “Website actions” → “Website permissions”:
3. This overview shows all authorizations for the currently selected page or the corresponding element. In the example, the website has its own permissions, i.e., the permissions are not inherited from the parent website. Alternatively, the authorizations can also be inherited from the parent element. In order to define your own authorizations for a website or an element, you may need to end authorization inheritance beforehand. Alternatively, you can also edit the authorizations of the parent element. To grant a new authorization in this example, click on “Grant authorization”:
4. A new window will now open. Click on the address book symbol on the right below the upper input field:
5. Another window will open. Enter one or more letters of the user name in the search line and then click on the search icon (magnifying glass). To display all users, you can search for the letter "c", as all user account names are saved in the format "CLOUD\...". Once you have selected and added the users and closed the window with "OK", you can grant these users authorization via the previous window (see point 4). Different authorizations may be displayed in the graphic, as these can be adjusted individually:
